awwww i was looking at old posts and ran across this video that still cracks me up.

...and yes! i am rockin' a freakin fanny pack for my hair stuff. word.
....but since then i have upgraded my maui & sons fanny pack and now alternate between a LeSportSac tokidoki fanny pack and a set bag :)

speaking of fanny packs. why are fanny packs even called fanny packs?!?!

The name "fanny pack" is derived from the fact that they were traditionally worn facing the rear above the buttocks, for which fanny is a slang term in America. Despite the name, many do not wear fanny packs on their rear because they are easier to pick pocket and harder to access. In the United Kingdom and Anglophone Oceania, the term "bum bag" or "belt bag" is used, since the word "fanny" means vulva, rather than buttocks, in those countries.

seriously our loft complex is amazeballs! yesterday we took advantage of the pool deck and got some sun!! later on went to malo for taco night! yuuuums! and caught a late night flick at the vista. watched cyrus! highly recommend it!

oh. and i think christina ricci and i should be friends. we keep running into each other. after all we do go to the same waxing place and the same pilates joint. went to pilates today and there she was in the studio with us.... she's so cute even after being sweaty and gross, it's just not fair.

now heading back to the pool to correct some of jesse's funny sun lines. his face kinda looks like a reverse raccoon. he cut up some mangos and made some yummy drinks. the husband is just the best!!!
